Icgene is a diagnostic system distributed by Avantech Group and Enbiotech. Icgene web is a web application designed, developed and provided by Infobiotech S.r.l., a private limited startup company registered in Italy that develops and manufacture technological systems for the science field. Infobiotech provides digital services through web pages, web applications, APIs and native mobile apps.
All Infobiotech's digital services acquire personal and non-personale data, collected, stored and processed according to their purpose and in compliance with current international regulations. Avantech Group and Enbiotech collect several different types of data for various purposes to provide and improve icgene system to the end users.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of icgene system. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Users can opt-out of having made their activity on icgene system available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Website and icgene system users, are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide personal data. If users enter into a contractual relationship with Avantech Group and Enbiotech, they may need to provide some personal data for the purpose of the realization of the contract.
